Every Day People

From De-humanizing to Re-humanizing
From growing up in the ghettos of Pittsburgh to adulthood in the  Midwest,  Tim is comfortable with people from every walk of life.  As a veteran musician and owner of his own entertainment company,  he performs and speaks in his engaging and educational diversity presentation for Schools.  By integrating the works of Fredrick Douglass and the educational model of how the brain works by Brent J. Atkinson, Ph.D, Tim challenges the students to re-examine their relationships and to re-humanize everyday people.
Appropriate for Jr.High -College.

Tim Dorsey spoke to members of the diversity club at Hortonville High School about his experiences as a black man in the Fox Valley.  His address was both informative and entertaining.  He connected with the kids on a personal level and inspired them to see the world through a different perspective.  Tim speaks with passion and sincerity that inspired our students, especially our male students, on a personal  level.   He gave a great personal testimony and we look forward to having him work with our group again soon!
